Room Exchange is an independent concept based on the public workflow of a Tampa consignment business that relies heavily on changing Facebook inventory. It explores a cleaner division of responsibilities: one durable catalog for current availability, with social posts sending customers back to permanent item pages.

03 / Engineering
The public catalog and private editor use SvelteKit server loads and form actions over a Neon PostgreSQL database. Staff access uses a derived password hash and signed HttpOnly sessions, while mutations remain server-controlled. This is an independent outreach concept using sample data—not commissioned work or an integration with the business.
